Dr. Suman Mayer is a board-certified pediatric emergency medicine specialist with advanced training in pediatric critical care. After completing her fellowship, she joined Wolfson Children’s Hospital in 1985, where she played a foundational role in establishing the pediatric emergency department. In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Mayer has always had a deep passion for teaching. Known for her clear communication and supportive teaching style, she continues to be highly regarded as an educator and mentor. Dr. Mayer currently serves as an investigator and physician liaison with ENCORE Research Group, where she contributes her clinical insight and enthusiasm for advancing research in our community.
